Virtual therapy is a space to slow down, feel through your experience, and be met as you are.

Even online, we can build meaningful connection and explore how you’ve adapted to sense your belonging in the world.

You don’t need to reshape yourself. Perhaps you’ve learned to make yourself small or hold back your voice so as not to create conflict. Maybe you internalized messages around how to act or think in order to stay in relationship.

It’s possible that the ways you’ve learned to show up in the world are no longer serving you, creating anxiety, overwhelm, or a loss of identity. In therapy, we could take the view that however you’re experiencing yourself makes sense, and we can begin wherever you are.
