Welcome — I’m Alison Taylor (she/her), a Gestalt therapist in East York, Toronto, offering embodied, relational psychotherapy for adults seeking support with anxiety, trauma, relational wounding, stress, and the search for meaning and purpose.

A Collaborative, Co-Created Approach

Embodied, relational Gestalt therapy is a collaborative process. It’s not about being fixed — it’s about being met where you are.

In our sessions, we explore what’s happening in your experience right now: sensations, feelings, thoughts, and patterns of relating. You are invited to bring your whole self — including the parts that feel uncertain, disconnected, or in transition.

Together, we can explore:

  • how you experience connection and disconnection

  • what happens in your body when you feel anxious or overwhelmed

  • how your early experiences shape your sense of self today

  • what meaning and purpose you are longing to live into

  • how to move toward wholeness and choice

In addition to in-person sessions, I also offer online therapy across Ontario and outdoor therapy in nearby parks and trails, including Withrow Park, Taylor Creek Park, and Lower Don Parklands.
