Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or simply seeking greater clarity, I provide compassionate support to help you feel more grounded and connected. Together, we can build resilience and discover new ways of moving forward.

who I work with

Gestalt therapy is a present-moment, relational approach that invites curiosity about how you move, feel, and make meaning of your experience.

I support adult individuals who are seeking growth and change around:

  • anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  • relationship and identity concerns

  • life transitions and personal growth

  • building self-awareness and resilience

This experiential, experimental modality supports embodied awareness, honours your lived experience, and trusts that you already make sense—just as you are.

hi, i’m alison

I’m a Gestalt therapist based in Toronto, offering embodied, relational psychotherapy for adults. My approach is grounded in present-moment awareness, deep respect for your lived experience, and a belief that we don’t need to fix ourselves to grow. In our work together, I offer collaborative, body-sensitive support to help you explore how you’ve learned to move through the world—and what else might be possible. I draw on metaphor, movement, and creative process to meet you where you are. Alongside Gestalt therapy, I’m trained in somatic practices including Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy, the Alexander Technique, and Wholeness in Motion.
